WataBox combines sediment filtration, activated carbon, reverse osmosis, ultraviolet treatment, and ozone technology in a multi-stage water purification process. Two dedicated finishing pathways give residents a choice between mineral-enhanced and alkaline drinking water.

Bring your own clean bottle and pay per refill at the station, with cash or your WataBox card.
Cash and the WataBox card are accepted at the station.
Prices are in Jamaican dollars. A station may charge a different rate where one has been agreed for that property.

What the board is approving, who carries each cost and responsibility, the agreement term and exit, and what residents gain.
Who services the station, how faults are reported and escalated, and the usage and uptime reporting your office receives.
Space, power, water and drainage needs, coordination with your design team, and phased roll-out across a development.

Start an assessmentA possible location indoors or in a sheltered outdoor area, in a common space residents can reach.
A water connection near the proposed location.
A power supply near the proposed location.
A drain near the location. Reverse osmosis flushes away what it filters out, so every station needs one.
Access for residents and for our service team. A spot residents already pass works best.
Station monitoring and water testing are two different things, so we keep them apart.
Remote station-health and transaction monitoring:
Water quality is checked by regular laboratory water testing, not by the station’s own sensors. Verified results will be shown on our water quality page.
A station fault alerts the ClearFlow operations team. Your property contact can also report a problem by phone, WhatsApp or email, and ClearFlow arranges the repair.
A property partner login with usage and uptime for your station and, where agreed, revenue-share statements.
WataBox supplies, installs and services the station. The property provides an agreed location, and residents pay per refill.
Depending on the agreement, a share of station revenue may be returned to the strata body or managed fund. Whether a property qualifies, and how the share is worked out, are set out in its proposal. We do not publish a standard percentage.
